Alright....this is kinda new for me. I figured that I should probably get a blog, simply because everyone else seems to have one. The joys of peer pressure, right? *chuckles* Anyway, I've never done more than the occasional rant on my deviantart journal or myspace account, and looking back at them, they're not really of much interest. I figured I could use this blog to focus more strongly on my art. Sadly, as much as I love art, I find it very difficult to actually do much creating right now. My personality kind of clashes with the requirements of artistic development. I'm rather timid and hate failure, and art has a lot of risk-taking and learning involved. I love drawing people, but it's very hard for me, and I get easily frustrated by my own failures. I'm very comfortable with animals, but I don't want to draw the same stuff forever. *sighs* I plan to learn how to use the scanner on my parent's printer so I can upload stuff here as well as on deviantart, but technology stupifies me, so my dad may have to help me. If I can find him between work and sports TV. *laughs* We'll see how this goes.
